试论古代的涉医文学

On Ancient Medicine-related Literature

古代的涉医文学是指内容或形式上涉及中医药的文学作品 ,既包括以疾病医药、养生保健为题材 ,或内容与中医药有关的作品 ,也包括以中医药名词术语为语汇的药名诗文等。根据性质不同 ,可以分为 4类。古代涉医文学具有数量多、内容广、涉医程度深、创作形式也涉及医药等显著特点 ,有很高的医学认识、借鉴作用及史料价值。古代涉医文学之所以能持久兴盛 ,原因盖在于古代文学家普遍拥有医学知识 ,且崇尚养生 ,同时也与中医药的特性有关。

The ancient medicine-related literature refers to the literary works related to traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacology either in content or in form. This includes works with disease treatment or medical care as the subject matter, or with contents related to traditional Chinese medicine, as well as poems of drug names using medical terms. They can be divided into 4 categories according to different natures. The ancient medicine-related literary works are large in number and rich in content with high value of medical knowledge, reference and historical significance. The reason why the ancient medicine related literature has been prosperous lies in the fact that most of the ancient litterateurs possessed the knowledge of medicine and upheld health care, and this is also related to the features of traditional Chinese medicine.
