旋流燃烧器低氮改造后的燃烧优化调整

摘要 大修期间,华能巢湖电厂对1号锅炉进行了低NOx燃烧系统改造,为将锅炉调整到最佳运行状态,进行了改造后的优化调整试验。结果表明,燃烧优化调整后,燃用设计煤种、额定负荷下的NOx排放浓度为354 mg/m3,与改造前相比,降幅达47.9%,改造效果良好;同时,烟气中CO排放浓度大幅降低,有效地减缓了炉内还原性腐蚀和结焦,锅炉热效率提高了约1.60个百分点,燃烧优化调整工作取得了显著的成效。 During the overhaul period,the No.1 boiler was the low-NOx combustion system retrofit in Huaneng Chaohu power plant,in order to adjust the optimum running state of the boiler;the optimization and adjustment of test has been carried out after retrofit The result showed that design coal burning,under the rated load NOx emission concentration was around 354 mg/m^3 after combustion optimization adjustment,compared with the former,decreasing reach 47.9%,and the retrofit has good effect,meanwhile,CO emission concentration reduced significantly in flue gas,effectively slowing reducing corrosion and coking inside the boiler.The boiler thermal efficiency was improved by about 1.60 percentages;combustion optimization adjustment work has achieved remarkable results.
