Analysis and Countermeasures of Unit Trip by Abnormality of INFIT Control System

针对某电厂5号机组控制系统加装INFTT系统后,因1台磨煤机运行信号丢失,引起控制系统异常,最终导致机组主燃料跳闸(简称MFT)事件,综合分析判断异常原因,并制定相应的防范措施,确保了机组安全稳定运行。

After INFTT system is installed on NO.5 unit control system of a power plant,because of one coal mill operating signal loss,leads to abnormality of the control system,finally leads to Main Fuel Trip event in the unit,comprehensive analysis and judgment the reason of the abnormality,and formulates the corresponding preventive measures,ensuring safe and stable operation of the unit.
