降低电气设备户外端子箱霉变率方法的研究

端子箱是现场一次设备与主控室的联络端,为了保证设备运行的可靠性,运维部门对端子箱的基本要求是箱内空气流通、温湿度适中、无灰尘、排线无霉变。早期投运的端子箱,由于设计缺陷及运行时间等因素,箱内灰尘累积、排线凝露发霉、箱底积水等现象较严重,从而导致主变压器差流越限、直流接地等故障时有发生,这将直接影响到供电的可靠性。为了提高设备供电可靠率,通过对早期投运的端子箱采取相应的防尘除湿措施,使排线霉变的现象得到有效遏制,从而满足相关运行要求。

Connection terminal of the scene primary equipment and master control room is terminal box,in order to ensure the reliability of equipment operation,the basic requirement of operation and maintenance department is air circulation inside box,temperature and humidity moderateness,dustless,ribbon cable no mildew.The early operation of terminal box because of design flaw,runtime and so on,dust accumulation inside box,ribbon cable condensation mildew and water logging at the bottom,then leading to the differential current of the main transformer over limit,dc grounding fault frequently occurs,this will directly affect the reliability of power supply.In order to improve the reliability of power supply equipment,through take corresponding dustproof and dehumidification measures to the early operation of terminal box,making the phenomenon of ribbon cable mildew containment effectively,then meet the relevant operational requirements.
