摘要
淮南至上海1000kV特高压交流输电工程首次全线使用钢管塔,铁塔采用钢管结构,铁塔设计特点为塔高、螺栓数量多、螺栓直径大、螺栓紧固扭矩控制要求精度高、螺栓紧固工作量非常巨大。该工程首次应用电动扭矩扳手紧固螺栓,节省大量人力、物力,并安全优质高效地完成了淮上线钢管塔螺栓紧固任务。
From Huainan to Shanghai,the whole line of 1 000 kV UHV AC transmission project used steel pipe tower for the first time,the iron tower adopted steel pipe structure;the characteristics of iron tower design were high tower,many bolts,bolt diameter was big,the requirement of tightening torque control was high precision,and the huge of fastening bolt workload.The project used the electric torque wrench to fasten the bolts for the first time,saving much manpower,material resources,and from Huainan to Shanghai,the line of steel pipe tower bolt fastening task was safety and quality efficiently completed.
