摘要
随着国民经济和社会的快速发展,能源需求越来越大,电网工程建设工期紧,质量及工艺要求越来越高,变电站现有的建设模式已无法适应新的要求。标准配送式智能变电站以注重新技术、新材料、新工艺以及先进管理方法应用为特点,旨在全面加快变电站施工进度,提高工程安全和工艺质量,降低全寿命周期成本。以新建成的芜湖220kV清竹变电站为例,对标准配送式智能变电站投资效益进行分析,提出一些造价管理措施,以期为取得项目最佳投资效益提供参考。
With the rapid development of national economy and society,energy demand is bigger and bigger,the period of power grid construction are tight,the requirement of quality and craft are higher and higher,the existing substation construction mode has been unable to meet the new requirement.The characteristics of standard distribution type smart substation is paying attention to new technology,new material and new craft and application of advanced management method,aiming at full speed up the substation construction progress,improving the safety of engineering and the quality of craft,reducing the total life cycle cost.Taking newly-built 220 kV Qingzhu substation for example in the Wuhu,analysis of the standard distribution type smart substation investment benefit,put forward some cost management measures,so as to provide reference for obtaining the best investment benefit.
