摘要
阐述SFP-780 MVA/550 kV主变压器出厂局部放电试验不合格的基本情况,分析了现场局放交接试验过程中出现的问题,提出对550 kV变压器的绝缘处理和试验情况,需要综合放电波形和放电特性各个要素,结合试验分析推理,才能找到缺陷部位并确定局部放电量偏大的原因,对缺陷进行有效处理。同时提出改进建议。
Elaborated the basic situation of SFP- 780 MTV A / 550 kV main transformer factory partial discharge test unqualified,analyzed the problems that arose in the process of the site handover partial discharge test,put forward the 550 kV transformer insulation treatment and experiment situation,need comprehensive various of elements such as discharge waveform and discharge characteristics,combined with the experimental analysis and inference,to find the defect parts and to determine the reason of the larger partial discharge quantity,handling defect effectively.Meanwhile put forward suggestions for improvement.
