摘要
阐述一起变电站所用电失电故障,通过测试电缆绝缘电阻,查找所用电失电的原因,同时结合一次设备运行方式,提出避免此类事故的发生的预防措施。
Expounded a fault of substation station service failure,found out the reason of the station service failure by testing the insulation resistance of cables,at the same time,combined with the operation mode of a device;put forward the preventive measures to avoid such accidents.
