某电厂6号机组发电机漏氢量超标,通过认真分析漏氢原因,查找漏氢部位,发现发电机漏氢部位包括两部分:外漏的部位主要为密封油回油扩大槽端盖法兰;内漏的主要部位为定子冷却水引水管,通过有针对性地进行处理,发电机漏氢问题得到解决,为出现同类型问题的发电机组提供了借鉴解决方案。

A power plant No.6 unit generator hydrogen leakage quantity exceeded bid,by careful analysis of the leakage of hydrogen reason,lookup the site of hydrogen leakage and found the site of generator hydrogen leakage which consisted of two parts,the site of outer leakage were mainly at the end cover flange of the seal oil expansion slot;the site of inner leakage were mainly at the water pipe of stator cooling water,by processing it pertinence,the problem of the generator hydrogen leakage was resolved,providing the reference solutions for the disposal of the problem that will appear at the same type problems.
