摘要
通过对一起配电变压器送电不成功事件进行了故障原因分析,确定故障原因是无励磁分接开关切换手柄被人为"反向",分接开关动静触头间出现悬浮电位,最终发展成相间弧光短路故障。针对配电变压器分接开关在实际使用中出现的隐患,提出了防范措施。
Through analyzed the reasons of an unsuccessful power transmission event,and determined the reason of the failure was that tap-switch handle was artificially 'reverse',floating potential appeared between static and dynamic contact of tap—switch,and eventually developed into the arc short-circuit fault.To solve the problem for hidden dangers which appeared in the actual use of distribution transformer tap-switch,put forward preventive measures.
