摘要
针对国电铜陵发电有限公司一期工程2台600 MW超临界燃煤机组金属封闭励磁母线运行中存在的绝缘低,检修工作量大等问题,分析了缺陷形成的原因,提出采用全绝缘浇注母线改造方案。阐述全绝缘浇注母线的特点及改造过程的安装、运行及维护工程应用情况。改造后的2台机组励磁母线有效解决了原母线存在的问题,满足使用工况要求。实践证明全绝缘浇注母线是励磁母线理想的升级产品。
Aiming at the first-stage project of CuoDian TongLing Power Generation Co.,Ltd,there were the existing of low insulation and maintenance workload big in the operation of two 600 kW supercritical coal-fired power units metal enclosed excitation bus,analyzed the reason of the defects formation,and proposed the modification scheme which adopted fully insulation pouring bus.Elaborated the characteristics of fully insulation pouring bus and the installation,operation,maintenance engineering application in the process of transformation.After transformation,the two unit's excitation buses have effectively solved the existing problems in the original bus,meet the requirements.Practices showed that the fully insulation pouring bus was the ideal upgrade product of excitation bus.
