输电线路导地线安全系数及平均运行张力浅析

摘要 "导地线设计安全系数是怎么确定的?""导地线平均运行张力上限是怎么确定的?"这是线路设计人员经常感到困惑而必须解决的问题。在剖析了容易引起这种困惑的七对难点:设计安全系数与实际安全系数;最低点安全系数与悬点安全系数;最大荷栽工况下的安全系数与年平工况安全系数;导线安全系数与地线安全系数;新线系数取0.95还是1.0;导地线最大运行张力是容许值还是实际值;导地线的张力是指水平张力还是轴向张后,阐明导地线设计安全系数不应该是计算出来的,而是根据规范规定取值确定的。导地线平均运行张力上限,是设计安全系数的一种表达方式,也是取值确定的。此外也讨论了七对疑难问题的解决方法。 'How to determine the design security coefficient of guide wire?' 'How to determine the average operating tension upper bound of guide wire?' these problems were that line designers often feel confused and must solve the problems.Analyzed the seven couples of difficulty that was easy to arouse confusion:the design security coefficient and the actual security coefficient;the lowest point security coefficient and the suspension center security coefficient;under the maximum load condition,the security coefficient and the annual average security coefficient the security coefficient of guide wire and the security coefficient of ground wire,new line coefficient was 0.9S or 1.0;the maximum operating tension of guide wire was permissible value or actual value,the tension of guide wire was the level of tension or axial tension,stated that the design security coefficient of the guide wire should not be calculated,according to the specification.The average operating tension upper bound of guide wire was the kind of expression of design security coefficient,the value was determined.In addition,also discussed the solution methods of the seven couples of difficult problems.
