在变电站的技术改造过程中,保护室内屏柜的更换常常会耗费相当的时间、财力及人力资源。详细阐述了一种创新型屏柜搬运车的研制情况、应用方法及应用情况,此小车旨在顺利完成屏柜拆卸的前提下,提高屏柜更换工作的效率,降低相应的成本。同时,对于小车的轻便性、标准性及安全性能提出了一定的要求,以满足变电站内特定环境的使用要求。

During the technical innovation of substation,the replacement of cabinets in protection room usually consumed plenty of time,funds and labor resources.This paper introduced the development situation;application method and application of an innovative human-assisted handbarrow,which could enhance efficiency the replacement work,reduce the corresponding cost,on the premise of accomplishing teardown cabinets.The handbarrow was designed to be light,standard and secure,so that to meet the operating environment requirements in substations.
