摘要
根据安徽省火电厂近几年来发电机组分散控制系统(DCS)异常故障情况的统计,本文对软硬件及工程设计组态、通信网络、供电电源等方面发生的影响机组安全运行的故障现象和可能存在的隐患进行分析。为提高热工自动化系统的安全可靠性,建议完善DCS的软、硬件和应用技术;规范热工试验;加强检修和运行维护的管理。
Based on the statistics of DCS faults in the thermal power plants of Anhui province during the last few years,the faults phenomenon and safety implications of DCS were analyzed in this paper,it covers the fields of hardware,software,design configuration,communication network and power supply etc.in order to improve the safe reliability of the thermal automation system,suggested to perfect both software,hardware application technology of DCS,standardized the thermal test,enhanced the management for maintenance and operation.
