摘要
某发电公司660 MW超超临界锅炉在机组整组启动调试运行过程中,由于运行调整不当造成锅炉炉膛中部水冷壁短时超温,就当时锅炉运行工况和运行操作过程及水冷壁超温处理情况进行阐述,简要分析水冷壁超温原因并提出防范对策。
A 660 MW ultra-supercritical power generation company in the process of unit commissioning test,due to the improper operational adjustments,the central boiler furnace water wall short over-temperature,the boiler operating conditions,the operation process and the wall over-temperature treatment were elaborated,the brief analysis of water wall over-temperature and put forward countermeasures.
