摘要
随着燃煤机组容量的不断扩大,风量、送风压力和风道截面也相应增加,对发电厂布置的影响也越来越大,此外发电厂对节能降耗的要求提高,降低风道阻力、提高流场均匀性的设计技术也逐步得到重视。抚州电厂2×1 000 MW工程从风道结构型式、风道和煤粉管道布置特点等进行合理的优化,使其达到高质量、低造价、低运行成本的目标。
As the coal fired unit capacity increasing,air volume,pressure and air duct section increased accordingly,which impact on the power plant layout,and higher requirements of energy saving and reduce consumption for power plant,in addition,it's pay more attention on the design technology of decreasing air duct resistance and increasing flow field uniformity.Fuzhou power plant project(2 × 1000 MW) optimizes from the air duct structure type,the air duct and the pulverized coal pipe layout,and reaches the target of high quality,low construction price and low operation cost
