摘要
针对某电厂水氢氢冷却方式大型发电机组正常运行期间氢气纯度快速下降的异常现象,排查分析为密封瓦内空侧密封油窜入氢侧密封油所致,通过调整空、氢侧密封油压,有效缓解了发电机氢气纯度下降速度,既避免了频繁提纯操作造成的氢气浪费,又有利于保证发电机冷却效果和效率。
Sealing oil at the air side flowed into the hydrogen side of sealing pad,which caused the hydrogen purity to decrease rapidly for water-hydrogen hydrogen cooling large scale generator units in a power plant,and the hydrogen purity decreased slowly by regulating sealing oil pressure at air and hydrogen side,which avoided hydrogen wastage because of frequent purification,ensuring cooling effect and efficiency of generator.
