摘要
全封闭式金属铠装式户内开关柜已广泛应用在10 kV、35 kV电压等级的系统中。开关柜在实际运行中经常出现局部放电、绝缘件受潮、触头或接头发热等缺陷,严重时甚至造成开关柜烧损事故。为保证电网安全,结合阜阳电网的运行实际,针对高压开关柜的内部分析,通过对电气距离、温度控制、安装工艺、绝缘材料、状态检测五种技术手段的研究和实施,有效提高了开关柜设备的安全运行水平,减少了设备发生事故的概率,保证了电网安全稳定运行和对用户的可靠供电。
Fully enclosed metal sheathed indoor switchgear has been widely used in 10 kV,35 kV voltage level of the system.Switchgear in actual operation,often partial discharge,damp insulating member,contacts or connectors fever and other defects,serious and even cause burning things switchgear.In order to ensure grid security,combined with the operation instance of Fuyang grid,analysis of internal high voltage switchgear,through the electrical distance,temperature control,the installation process,insulation materials,research and implementation of the five technologies state detecting means,effectively improved the level of safe operation of switchgear equipment,reducing the probability of equipment accidents,ensuring the safe and stable operation and reliable power supply to the user.
