摘要
分析了六安地区光伏发电并网运行现状,指出集中式光伏存在就近消纳与上网疏送的矛盾,水电与光伏存在抢输电通道的问题;另一方面,分布式光伏对配网安全经济运行及电能质量产生了负面影响。并提出以下建议,一是统筹水电与新能源的专业管理,二是在确保电网运行方式灵活性的基础上,优化网架以适应新能源疏纳,三是提升现有配网工作组织管理与技术支撑水平,四是超前研究规划智能配电网建设工作。
Operation of photovoltaic(PV) power station in Lu-an grid is analyzed.The problem of the large-scale PV is the difficult choice between far distance transmission and neighborhood distribution,and the transmission passageway of large-scale PV is sometimes blocked due to near hydropower plants.On the other hand,the safety and efficiency of distribution grid operation is affected by distributed PV,and the power quality is also depressed near distributed PV.And put forward the following suggestions,first,the professional management of new power resource and hydropower station is supposed to be integrated,second,optimization of the power grid plan and development must be suitable for the transmission and distribution of PV,as far as the flexible operation of grid is concerned,third,improvement of management and technology support for the distribution grid with PV is necessary,fourth,previous study and plan on smart distribution grid is advised.
