300MW机组汽轮机通流改造的实践及效果

摘要 安徽某电厂1号机组属早期典型上海汽轮机厂300 MW等级机组,由于机组老化,缸效率和热耗都比设计值低得多,在电力市场竞争中处于非常不利的地位。为提高机组性能,大量采用新技术进行增容通流改造,改造后实现了供电标准煤耗下降了9.95g/kW·h,而且在减少污染物排放方面也取得了良好效果。 Anhui power plant No.l unit were the early typical 300 MW units in Shanghai steam turbine plant,because of units aging,which was much lower than the design value of cylinder efficiency and heat consumption,it was very disadvantageous position in the market competition.In order to improve the performance of the unit,for the extensive capacity flow path retrofit,a large of new technologies were adopted,the reform has realized the standard coal consumption of power supply decreased by 9.95g/kW·h,but also has achieved good results in reducing emissions of pollutants.
