摘要
随着复合绝缘子的普遍应用,在广大用户认可其优异机电特性的同时,复合绝缘子运行中雷击闪络、不明原因闪络及芯棒脆断等故障时有发生。通过收集资料,根据复合绝缘子的材料、结构、制造工艺特点等,参考运行经验以及试验结果,从机械性能、电气性能和外部环境等方面,对复合绝缘子运行工况下的闪络、芯棒脆断、鸟害以及伞群材料的腐蚀与老化等常见故障进行了研究和分析。
With the widespread application of composite insulator,its electromechanical characteristics are accepted by the majority of users,however,lightning flashover,unidentified flashover and mandril britde fracture occur from time to time.In this paper,based on data collection,operation experiences and the test results,the common faults of composite insulators in operation conditions,including flashover,core brittle fracture,birdstrike,corrosion and aging of the umbrella skirt material and so on,are analyzed from the aspects of mechanical property,electrical performance,and external environment.
