分析线路重合闸与断路器之间的特性配合,指出在线路发展性故障或间歇性故障情况下重合闸的动作特性不满足断路器性能要求时,将对断路器及电网运行造成危害,并提出改进重合闸充电时间建议及具体改进措施,以保证线路及电网的运行安全。

The paper analyses the characteristic coordination between auto-reclosers and circuit breakers,and indicates that if the movement characteristics of the auto-recloser cannot match the performance requirements of the circuit breakers under a developing or intermittent fault of line,it could harm the circuit breakers and threaten the stability of the power system.Suggestions,such as adjusting the charging time of the auto-recloser,are proposed to ensure the safety of the system.
