摘要
配电网设备异动管理不规范,易造成配电网地理接线图、电气接线图和设备台帐与现场不一致。利用PMS2.0与SG186、ERP及OMS等系统的互联,明确了设备异动的管理措施,形成了完整流畅的配电网设备异动管理流程,实现了配电网设备的全过程全寿命管理。
Non-standard equipment change management of distribution network is easy to cause inconsistency between geographical wiring diagram,electrical wiring diagram,equipment stand-books and the scene.Based on PMS2.0、SG186、ERP and OMS system interconnection,the paper regulates the measurements of equipment change management and forms a complete and smooth management process to realize equipment whole process and life-cycle management.
