摘要 针对目前RS485接口故障是主要影响三相四线电能表数据采集成功率低的现状,构建了以STM32为核心的RS485接口自动切换装置。该方案充分利用了三相四线电能表两路RS485接口资源,当一路RS485接口出现故障,通过STM32单片机控制实现另一路自动切换工作,并在方案设计中加入GSM短信报警模块,从而有助于提高电能表的日采集成功率。论述了基于STM32的RS485接口自动切换装置所具有的优点及特点。 In view of the fact that the RS485 interface fault is the main factor that affects the success rate of the data acquisition of the three-phase four wire watt-hour meter,the RS485 interface automatic switching device based on STM32 is constructed in this paper.The scheme makes full use of two RS485 interfaces of three-phase four wire watt-hour meter,when one RS485 interface fails,another can be used automatically by STM32 MCU control,adding GSM SMS alarm module in the scheme,these methods are helpful to improve the success rate of data acquisition.At last,this paper discusses the advantages and characteristics of the RS485 interface automatic switching device.
