中煤板集发电厂现场总线技术的应用实践

Application of Field Bus Technology in China Coal Banji Power Plant

中煤板集电厂在主控、辅控系统大范围地使用现场总线设备,目前在电力行业来说尚属首例。较为详细阐述板集电厂前期总线设计、总线选择、总线规划、基建总线施工管控、转生产后总线问题分析及诊断等应用实践,根据板集电厂总线使用经验,提出了初步的总线使用建议,为后续其他在建或筹建电厂推广大范围总线提供了参考案例。

In China Coal Banji Power Plant,fieldbus devices are used on a wide range in the system of main control and auxiliary control, it is the first one in the power sector at present. This paper detailedly introduces the bus design, selection,planning, the construction control of the infrastructure bus, and diagnoses the problems in production. According to the experiences of using the bus in Banji Power Plant, the preliminary proposal of using the bus is put forward which can provide a reference to generalize the large-scale bus for the power plant under construction or planning construction.
