发电厂在役锅炉受热面管超声导波检测

Ultrasonic Guided Wave Testing for Boiler Heating Surface Tube in Power Plant

简要阐述了超声导波检测原理、检测方法和检测工艺后,针对某发电厂锅炉再热管的裂纹缺陷,制订了超声导波检测工艺,并进行试验验证,经现场检测发现了5处记录性缺陷,检测结果达到了预期要求。

This paper briefly introduces the ultrasonic guided wave testing principle,testing method and testing technology.Aiming at the crack defects of boiler's reheater tube in a power plant,the ultrasonic wave testing technology is developed and tested,The on-site inspection revealed five documented defects,the test results meet the expected requirements.
