针对中煤新集利辛发电有限公司启动锅炉启动时燃烧器的常见故障现象,详细剖析了燃烧器顺序控制器的工作原理、顺控步序,根据报警记录及故障现象,逐一检查排除燃烧器不能正常启动的各种原因,找到故障点予以解决。

Aiming at the common faults of the burner during the starting progress of the start-up boiler in China Coal Xinji Lixin Power CO.,Ltd, this paaper analyzes the working principle of the sequence controller and steps of the controller of the burner in detail. According to the alarm records and fault phenomenons, various reasons that the burner can't start up properly are checked one by one, at last, the fault point is found and solved.
