火电厂的燃料采制化管理及其优化

Management and Optimization of Fuel Sampling, Preparation and Test in Thermal Power Plant

火电厂燃料管理包括燃煤运输、煤场储存、燃煤采制化等环节,为了确保燃煤管理的可控在控,重在落实采制化的管理工作。本文浅谈了燃料采制化管理中常出现的问题及解决措施,燃料管理实现智能化,进一步提高了采制化工作的设备自动化、信息集成化、过程可追溯性,有效解决燃料采制化过程人员的干预因素、操作不规范行为、劳动强度大等问题,降低燃煤采制的误差,提高煤样验收数据的准确性,为火电厂安全经济运行保驾护航。

The fuel management of thermal power plant includes coal transportation, coal storage, coal sampling,preparation and test management and etc., and the implementation of coal sampling,preparation and test management could ensure that the coal-fired management is under control. the common problems and solutions of the management are discussed in the paper. intelligent fuel management realizes equipment automation, information integration, process traceability, effectively solves staff intervention factors,operational irregularities, labor intensity and other issues. It reduces the error of coal sampling and preparation work and improves the accuracy of coal sample inspection data which ensure the safe and economic operation of power plant.
