电厂凝结水泵永磁及变频调速方式的对比分析

摘要 永磁调速与变频调速是目前发电厂凝结水泵电机使用最广的两种调速方式,永磁调速装置是通过气隙传递转矩的调速技术,而变频调速是采用将高压电变换形式,由多个功率单元输出交流低压,再叠加后输出为所需的交流高压的技术,通过田集电厂凝结水泵使用的永磁调速与变频调速装置情况,从二者之间的结构优劣、调速方式、前期投入、节能情况、对厂用电的影响等方面进行了详细的对比,认为永磁调速装置较变频调速装置经济性更高,维护更方便,在未来将会有更广阔的应用前景。 Permanent magnet and variable frequency control are the most widely used speed control methods for condensate pump in power plant, the former uses air gap to transfer torque, and the latter is a technique that convents high-voltage electricity in the form of a plurality of power units outputting AC low voltage and then superimposing them to output the required AC high-voltage. Through Tianji power plant condensate pump speed control device, a detail comparison from the aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of structure, the initial investment, energy saving, the impact on plant electricity and other aspects are put forward and concludes that the permanent magnet speed control device is cost-effective, more convenient to maintain, and will have a broader application prospects in the future.
