结合县级供电公司农网改造升级工程实际,从目前农网改造升级工程规模大、工期紧、任务重,习惯性违章、施工人员安全意识、业务素质等方面分析目前农网改造升级工程存在的问题;从加强工艺质量、施工队伍管理、进度控制、安全管控等方面对农网改造升级工程管理进行探索与思考。
