摘要 10 kV配电线路长期使用混领土电杆,电杆重,在山区运输非常困难。混凝土电杆受力工况很复杂,为脆性材料,抗拉性能差,容易断裂,在风和水的作用下导致内部钢筋的锈蚀,抵御自然灾害能力差。新型复合材料电杆具有重量轻、强度大、耐腐蚀、耐高低温、绝缘性能好、防雷、防污、抵御灾害能力强等优点。分段式复合材料电杆由于更轻便,转弯半径小,更便于山区配电网施工、运输,提高抢险救灾恢复供电效率。介绍一种分段式复合材料电杆的设计、制作、组装拆卸工艺研究成果,其产品已在实际工程中成功应用。 Long term use of concrete poles for 10 k V distribution lines are too heavy to transport in mountainous areas.The working conditionoftheconcretepoleiscomplicated,itisbrittlematerialwithpoortensilepropertiesandeasytobreak,undertheeffectofwindand water, corrosion of internal results in poor resistance to natural disasters. The new composite electric pole has the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, good insulation performance, lightning protection,antifouling, and strong ability to resist disasters.The sectional type composite pole is lighter and less turning radius, which is more convenientfortheconstructionandtransportationofthedistributionnetworkinmountainousareas,andimprovestheefficiencyofpower supply for disaster relief.This article introduces the design, fabrication, assembly and disassembly process research of a sectional compositepolewhichhasbeensuccessfullyappliedinpracticalprojects.
