合肥电网继电保护远方操作方案的研究与应用

摘要 为适应无人值守的大运行模式,减少电网停电次数,提高供电可靠性,对继电保护远方操作的需求日益迫切;为此,制定了合肥电网继电保护远方操作方案,在安全可靠及经济适用等实施原则下,厂站端设备部署IEC104扩展规约和对应程序,主站端在电网间隔图中绘制操作图元并部署后台操作程序。调控主站端对试点110 kV变电站测试保护装置进行遥控操作,遥控预置正常,可以进行遥控执行操作以及软压板投退功能。该方案的实施应用达到了继电保护远方操作的预期效果,验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。 In order to adapt to the unattended large operation mode, reduce the number of power outages and improve the reliability of power supply, the demand for remote operation of relay protection is increasingly urgent. Under the implementation principles of safety, reliability and economy, the plant-side equipment deploys the IEC104 extension protocol and corresponding procedures. The master station draws the operation elements in the grid interval diagram and deploys the background operation program. The main station side of the control station performs remote control operation on the pilot110 kV substation test protection device, and the remote control preset is normal, and the remote control operation and the soft pressure plate retreat function can be performed. The implementation of the scheme has achieved the expected effect of remote protection of relay protection, and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.
