摘要
为进一步提高物资协议库存执行率指标管控水平,国网淮北供电公司主要采取了两项措施。一是提高预测准确率,结合现有未完成项目、已下达项目、预安排项目的物资需求及协议库存执行比例,同时考虑可平衡利库的现有库存,对一年中两批协议库存进行超前准确预测;二是借助调配中心,实现协议库存物资的跨市调配,将项目物资、库存物资的调配方案应用到协议库存申报物资上。这些措施不仅提高了协议库存执行率指标,也提高了财务及项目单位的管控指标,满足了现场的实际需求。
