摘要
首先对于选用改良型功率解耦计划的微型逆变装置拓扑进行了综合阐述。阐明微型逆变装置光伏并网计划的优点,解说了微型逆变装置的策划条件。经过对于微型逆变装置的拓扑架构与功率解耦这个环节实施的剖析,提出了功率解耦这个环节成为干扰逆变装置使用时限的首要因素。总结了可以科学提升微型逆变装置使用时限的三类改良型功率解耦计划,根据我国和国外的探究情况,着重阐述了单级型和多级型的微型逆变装置拓扑架构,并且解说了各种拓扑的优点与缺点。参照微型逆变装置的特征与拓展的远景,对今后的研究方向进行了相关的预测。
This paper reviews the topology of micro-inverter which adopts the improved power decoupling scheme,expounds the advantages of micro-inverter for solar grid-connected scheme,and illustrates the design requirements of micro-inverter.It is pointed out that the power decoupling is the main factor affecting the life of the inverter by analyzing the topology and power decoupling of it.Three improved power decoupling schemes that can effectively improve the life of micro-inverters are summarized.Then the single-stage and multi-stage topologies of the micro-inverter are introduced respectively based on the research status at home and abroad,and the advantages and disadvantages of each type of topology are explained.Finally,based on the characteristics and development prospects of micro-inverters,this paper makes predictions for future research directions.
