电厂补给水系统反渗透膜污染原因分析及防护

摘要 华能巢湖电厂补给水系统采用UF+RO+EDI全膜水处理技术,根据运行中发现的除盐水产水硅含量高的现象,经化验检测为RO脱盐率下降。对影响RO脱盐率的原因进行分析,利用陶氏膜标准化软件对比新膜与目前RO膜的脱盐效率,证实脱盐率已由98.4%降至94.4%,通过查阅历史运行工况及在线化学清洗过程分析,发现脱盐率下降的原因是RO膜被氧化和降解。根据原因,制定了相关防护措施。 The water supply system of Huaneng Chaohu power plant is UF+RO+EDI whole membrane water treatment technology.the silicon content in the deionised water is high,The test results show that the reverse osmosis desalination rate decreased.It is confirmed that the desalination rate had dropped from 98.4%to 94.4%through comparing desalination efficiency of new membrane with current RO membrane by Dow Membrane Standardization software.By reviewing historical operating conditions and online chemical cleaning process analysis,it is found that the reason for the decrease in salt rejection is the oxidation and degradation of the RO membrane,the relevant protective measures were formulated.
