分光光度法对土壤中莠去津的简便测定

SIMPLE DETERMINATION OF ATRAZINE IN SOIL BY SPECTROPHOMETRY

莠去津在土壤中的残余含量,可以根据Zinncke反应的原理,用分光光度法或者比色方法进行测定。土壤杂质所引起的背景干扰可以通过Ⅴ级Al_2O_3色谱柱来分离消除。

Residual content of the atrazine in soil can be measured,on the principle of Zinncke's reaction,by spectrophatometry or colorimetry.The background meterference caused by the impurity in sail may be separated and eliminated by chromatographic column of V-degree Al_2O_3.
