用方形试样研究热作模具钢的热应力疲劳

摘要 用方形试样研究了3Cr2W8V钢热应力疲劳抗力的变化规律,结果与用V型缺口试样(缺口角60°,缺口深度1.5毫米,根部曲率半径0.3毫米)相同。方形试样能清楚显示热应变集中与氧化腐蚀在热应力疲劳过程中的作用,且加工方便,需要的试样数量较少,但试验周期较长。试验结果指出,3Cr2W8V钢经1150℃淬火和570℃回火,热应力疲劳抗力最佳。 The thermal stress fatigue law of a square specimen of 3Cr2W8V steel has been studied. The law is the same as that of a V-notched specimen ofthis steel. The function of thermal strain concerntration and oxidation cor-rosion during thermal stress fatigue is clearly shown by the tast of the sq-uare specimen. Besides, by the using of square specimen, the number of sp-ecimems will be reduced and it is much easier to machine, however the te-sting duration will be longer. The experimental results show that the ther-mal stress fatigue resistance of 3Cr2W8V steel will be optimum when it isquenched at 1150℃ and tempered at 570℃.
