摘要
热疲劳是热作模具的主要失效形式之一。本文阐述了热疲劳抗力与钢的热学性能及力学性能的关系,讨论了奥氏体化温度、回火温度、强韧化处理、表面热处理以及显微组织对热模钢热疲劳抗力的影响。文中对各种试验结果进行了分析,并介绍了若干提高模具热疲劳寿命的实例。
Thermal fatigue is one of the primary form of hot-work die steels failures. This paper deals with the relationship among thermal fatigue resistan-ce, heat properties and mechanical properties of steels. The influence of fo-llowing factors on thermal fatigue resistance of hot-work die steels, such-as, austenitizing temperature, tempering temperatare, strengthening and tou-ghening treatment, surface heat treatment and microstructure, has been stu-died. Varions investigation results are analysed and some examples of ap-plications are also given in this article.
