离合器盖的有限元结构静力分析

摘要 离合器盖的强度和刚度不足,往往会造成离合器盖碎裂或产生较大变形而影响离合器的彻底分离。但离合器盖的结构设计至今仍依赖于经验类比方法,没有任何计算。本文试用有限元法来进行离合器盖的结构强度和刚度的分析计算。文中介绍了两种常见结构型式的离合器盖的有限元计算模型和伪单元在处理周期性边界条件中的应用,并对计算和试验结果加以分析讨论。 Damage or complete disconnection of a clutch is often affected by thecrack or the deformation of the clutch cover which is short of enoughstrength or stiffness. Up to now, however, the structure design of aclutch cover depends on the analogy and experience. Deep Concer aboutit has been expressed by author. This article introduces, using finite el-ement to analyse and calculate the strength and stiffness of the clutch c-over, two kind of calculating models of finite element for the clutch c-over, application of pseudo element in the processing cyclical boundarycondition and analyses and discusses the results of calcu lation--using pr-ogram AP--5--and test.
