摘要
失效分析是解决模具寿命的基础,通过失效分析可找到模具的优点和弱点,以及需要改进和加强的部位。本文中主要介绍热作冲头的失效分析和提高寿命的途径,为改进工艺和优选钢种指出了方向。
The failure analysis is the basic to increase the life of die,by which the virtue and defect,the site of die have to be improved and enhanced may be found.This paper described mainly the failure analysis of hot punch and the way to increase the life,indicated the direction for improving technolo- gy and optimizing steels.
