摘要
本文用向量矩阵法得出了可转位端铣刀的几何角度及刀槽参数计算公式。公式推导简捷,形式简明,使用方便,补正了有关论著中公式推导结果未尽完善,不便应用的缺陷,这对在刀具设计中推广向量矩阵法的应用具有一定意义。
In this paper,by using the vector-matrix method,equations for eval- uating the geometrical angle and slot parameters of face milling cutter with the position changeable carbide inserts are derived.These equations are simply deduced,concise in form and ease for use,and can complement and correct also some imperfection and inconvenience of conclusive equations in some published articles in view of their practical use.It is hopped that the paper will bring some benifits in popularization of applification of the vector-matrix method in tool designing.
