摘要
本文以半挂汽车列车的制动力合理分配为基础,对目前液压制动半挂汽车列车常用的管路布置进行了分析,提出了一种新方案在半挂列车制动管路中设置辐射式比例阀进行压力调节,来实现制动力固定分配比的半挂汽车列车的车轴的最佳抱死顺序。通过各轴固定的制动力分配比导出管路系统和辐射式比例阀的特性参数公式,并较详细地论述了调节系统的其它参数的计算,且附有计算实例。
In this paper,based on the rational allocation of braking force among vehicles of the Tractor-semitrailer combination,analysing recent pipeline arrangements of hydraulic braking system used ordinarily on the combination, we provide a new scheme that a proportional valve of radiation-type would be installed in the braking piping system for pressure regulation in order to bring about the preferred locking sequene of vehicle axles of the combination with fixed braking-force distribution ratio,In terms of such ratio derive the formula for solving braking characteristic parameters of proportional valve and detailly deal with other parameters of piping system.Finally some calc- ulating examples are given.
