摘要
铸造行业是机械工业耗能的一个大户,在我国,它的能耗约占机械工业总能耗的25~30%,而金属炉科的熔化要占铸造业总能耗的60~65%。因此,提高铸件成品率是当前铸造行业节能的重要环节。本文通过试验研究和生产验证,当铸件冒口采用保温措施后,铸件工艺出品率能提高15~25%。铸件成品率能提高5~10%,生产厂能获得明显的经济、社会和环境效益。
Foundry is a “great household” in the mechanical industry energy comsu- emrs.Energy Consumption of foundry is about 25-30% of the total energy consumption in the mechanical industry in our country,and that for melting metal materials is 60-65% of the total foundry's.Therefor to raise the casting yield is important Link of energy saving in foundry industry at the present,in this paper,through shop test and production investigation,verify that while step of riser insulation has been taken,casting yield can be increased by 15-25%,percentage of stock utilization of metal can be increased by 5-10;which brings economic,social and environmental profits abviously.
