摘要
本文论述最优化技术在数控机床伺服进给系统机电特性参数设计中的应用。在一个宽调速直流伺服电机驱动的全闭环位置伺服进给系统中,采用优化技术可得到系统增益和机械传动部件的惯量、阻尼和刚度的最佳值。在设计伺服进给系统中,通过机电参数优化设计程序,可以有令人满意的系统伺服性能。
This paper deals with the application of optimal technique to determinethe electro-mechanical parameters of servo-feed drive system of a positionclosed loop with wide-range-speed D.C. servo-motor of machine tools.Using the optimal technique, optima of the system gain、and parameters ofinertia, damp and regidity of mechanical transmission mechanism may be go-tlen. Thus through programming for optimization of electro-mechanical par-ameters to design a servo-feed drive system, which has been done by theauthor obtaining a satisfactory result for servo characteristics.
