对中小功率柴油机增压潜力的探讨

An Approach to the Supercharging Potential of Middle-small Power Diesel Engines

本文探讨了当前我国中小功率柴油机增压潜力的问题。首先运用正交试验的方法,找出影响柴油机性能参数的主要因素,然后根据实际限制条件对这些主要因表分别作了进一步的研究。提出了中小功率机柴油的增压潜力以2.5bar左右为限的结论,并以试验加以验证。本文对增压技术工作有着重要的参考价值。

The current supercharging potential of middle-small power diesel enginesin china is discussed in this paper.At first, the main factors affacting theperformance parameters of diesel engines were investigated by the method oforthogonal test.Then, further researchs on the main factors were made underthe pratical limitation conditions. The conclution that currunt supercharginglimit of middle-small power diesel engine is 2.5 bar was given and has beenproved by experiments. This paper may be a valuable reference to the supercharging technology.
