摘要
本文用扫描电镜、电子探针、X衍射仪、抗咬合试验、磨损试验等手段,研究了GCr15钢经熔益扩散渗钒处理后的组织结构和摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:面心立方晶格的碳化钒覆层由于摩擦系数较低,粘着倾向较小,且具有超高硬度,可显著改善钢的抗咬合性和耐磨性,有良好的工业应用前景。
This paper deals with the microstructure and friction and wear characte-ristics of diffusion vanadium carbide coating of GCr15 steel by means ofscanning electron microsscope, electron probe, X-ray diffraction, anti-seizureand wear tests. The results show that the anti-seizure behaviour and wearresistance of the steel can be considerably improved by obtaining f.c.c. vana-dium carbide coating with lower friction factor, seizing tendency and superhighhardness.
