摘要
本工艺通过电接触电阻加热的方式以求瞬时提高局部材料的塑性,成功地实现了以挤(滚)压加工提高两类三种难加工材料的表面光洁度,使从?_(4-5)提高到?_(8-9)。给低塑性、高强度、高硬度和易加工硬化材料的光整加工提出了一条新路。本文还介绍了加热挤(滚)压加工的原理,实验方案,实验,特点以及电参数,如加热电流,挤压速度,挤压送进量,挤压力对加工表面光洁度的影响。
This technique, based upon the principle of electric resistance heatinginstantly to raise local plasticity of materials has successfully realized theprocess of extruding (rolling). Three low-machinability materials of twokinds have been taken into experiment, The results have shown that the sur-face finish might raise from ?_(4-5) up to ?_(8-9). This fact points out a newway for finishing machined meterials of low-plasticity, high-strength, high-hardness and easily-work-hardening. A new area for extruding (rolling) canbe developed. In this paper, the principle, executing scheme, tests, featuresof heating extruding (rolling)are introduced, the influence of main technicaland electric parameters on surface finish and surface hardness are discussed.
