摘要
本文在以EHL理论分析摩擦状态的基础上,提出了以最小油膜厚度最大值为设计齿轮副的质量指标,计算变位系数的新方法。并考虑到在部分膜弹流和全膜弹流润滑条件下的不同因素的影响,分别进行油品的合理选择和有限元、断裂力学的分析计算。以此制成了CAD软件。软件中,还包含了传统的选择齿轮副变位系数的三个质量指标、几何计算、强度验算、齿廊修形及噪声计算等功能。具有高速高精度的特点,以及明显的经济效益。
Based on EHL theory and analyzing the friction state, this article put forward a new calculating method for the optimum addendum modification coefficient with maxmum value of the minimal oil film thickness as the qualsityindex in designing gears, Simultaneously, it have been calculating kind of oil,have been analyzing stress with finite-unit and the fracture dynamics on thepartial-film EHL and the full-film BHL condition, because they there aredifferent influence. Thus a CAD software has been built. In the software, Apart from the foregoed statement main functions, thereare three traditional indexes of selection displacement factors, designingcalculation of gears geometrical terms,strength of gear tooth checked attentively,calculation of tooth outline reusing and of noise in a pair gear. This method with higher speed and accuracy would be one for economicalprofit raised.
