摘要
本文详细地叙述了能快速准确地揭示离合器接合过程各参数变化规律的滑磨功测试系统的设计原理及其应用。并就计算机对脉冲信号的计数方法进行了有益的探索,成功地解决了目前存在的利用低档微机及普通传感器对类似离合器接合过程的瞬间高变转速信号的测量难题。利用该测试系统在履带拖拉机上进行了实车试验,为离合器的CAD及台架对比试验积累了大量有用的实车试验数据。
This paper relates the design principle and application of measuring system of frictional energy, Which can display quickly and accurately the regularity of all parameters in the clutch connecting process in detail. Useful search has been made for the method with computer to count the pulse amount,and the current difficult problem measuring signals of instantaneous varingrotating speed, such as in the connecting process of clutch, with low-grademicrocomputer and common sensor is successfully solved.
