摘要
通过对珠先体球铁软氮化化合层的氮浓度分布、氮原子扩散、X衍射相结构、渗层的显微组织、予先热处理的制度,以及室内磨损试验的分析研究,讨论了不利于提高化合层耐磨性因素的影响,最后提出了提高珠光体球铁化合层耐磨性途径——软氮化+高频复合处理工艺的热处理方法。
This paper deals with the influence wear-resisting factors in compound layer of nodular iron with matrix pearlite during gaseous nitro-carburizing.For the compound layer with nitroger distribution the X-ray structuralanalysis, micro-structures of surface layer. The wearing test and variouspreparatory heat-treatment has been made. The results denoted that gaseousnitro-carburizing+high-frequency hardening may inprove the wear resistance.
